Happy Humpday!

Newness from ChicZafari, XIAJ, and Vanity Hair

Happy Humpday!  And no it’s not about sex!  It’s middle of the work week, implying you have to get over the hump before you can anticipate the weekend.  I’m at home sick from work, so I’m staying in some comfy clothes like these new “Jumper Bat prints” from ChicZafari. Joyaranda made these awesome prints that brings out the comic book kid in me and makes me feel a lot cheerier. I’m also loving the new claw nails from ChicZafari, it comes in so many designs.  Details is everything!

Another new designer that designs for men and some unisex designs is Superjaix of XIAJ.  He was featured during Menswear Fashion Week.  I first noticed him on his Flickr and loved his unique looks.  Check him out on marketplace or his mainstore inworld that just recently opened.  Until next time, happy shopping!

Hafa Adai!

Hafa Adai (pronounced HALF A DAY) is “Hello” in Chamorro, the native language of Guam and the islands of the Northern Marianas.  Guam is the largest island in Micronesia and one of the U.S. territories.

One of my favorite designers, Vivien Emerald of DESIR, designed this beautiful, tropical gown for me.  I was born in Guam so hence the name   Guam is well known for its scuba diving and scenic beaches, which can be seen in this gown with the coral reef and tropical rain.  At DESIR, you can find unique cultural gowns or formal dresses for any occasion.

Charmed

Lots of good sales and events going on.  I’m still trying to catch up with them myself.  If you haven’t been to FAMEshed yet, they’ve redid the whole area and added more designers.  One of favorite buys from FAMEshed is the new hair from Exile called “Fire to the Rain”. I got it in natural fusion and it comes with a cool color hud with endless colors for streaks.

In The Mood

My Life’s a Trip!

  I leave today to go on vacation to the Philippines for two weeks so I won’t have time to log on and blog.  But before I do,  I wanted to show you the new mesh “Orgami Crop Top” from Ozi.  The cute, sexy cutouts will show off those sexy arms of yours.

  One of my favorite parts of blogging is having the opportunity to see designer visions come to life and sharing these experiences with you.  After one year today, 253 posts, and with 72 people following  my Bijinlicious blog, I love blogging and styling even more.  I would like to give special thanks to all of my sponsors for giving me the opportunity to blog their designs.  They’ve fed my fashion appetite quite well.

  The next two weeks I will be going thru my blogging withdrawals but I will definitely enjoy my vacation with family.  I’ll try and take many photos of my vacation so I can post them onto here if I can find a coffee shop with wifi nearby.  So until next time, have a fabulous and fashionable day!
